Fees
How do our fees work, in the vast majority of instructions are self-funding in terms of the discount we can negotiate for clients.
Instruction fee £1,500 (due on instruction)
Plus a success-only fee of the greater of either a) 1.5% of the purchase price in the signed exchange of sale document or b) 15% of the difference between the published asking price for the property and the final agreed purchase price in the signed exchange of sale document. (due on exchange of contracts)
